This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the location is fantastic - right in the center of everything. It made exploring the city a breeze, and even the train station was within walking distance. Secondly, the staff were friendly, helpful, and efficient. They made me feel welcome from the moment I stepped into the pleasant foyer. Thirdly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities I needed for a pleasant stay. I even had a room with a balcony, which offered a nice view of the city. Lastly, the breakfast at 6.45 was a great start to the day, providing enough options to satisfy my appetite.
All in all, everything was spot on!

Other than the location, this is a basic hotel with nothing to sing about.
The staff, though friendly did not offer the services expected of a hotel of it's class. Breakfast was meager and some of the food ran out at 8:30 am. When we asked staffed to replenish the buffet, they simply informed us that they did not have more food. Hotel needs maintenance (broken shower handle, etc.) that, as we learned from the staff, the management was not willing to invest in.

I recently had a great stay at this hotel in Rabat. I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent value for money. The prices were very reasonable and definitely worth it considering the overall experience. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive. I particularly appreciated the en-suite bathroom in my room, which was clean and well-maintained. It even had windows that opened to a peaceful courtyard, providing a sense of tranquility. Lastly, the location of the hotel was perfect. Situated in the center, it was convenient for exploring the city and accessing various attractions.
All was satisfactory and I couldn't find any significant drawbacks.

Excellent location for visiting Medina, easy to find, close enough to walk to from train station.
There was no holder for shower head so that it could be used as stand alone shower, had to hold in hand. No hot water except morning and evening.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a great location, right in the center of everything. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail and the value for money. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, making me feel welcomed and comfortable. The rooms were lovely, with en-suite bathrooms and some even had balconies overlooking a quiet court. Additionally, the breakfast was served early at 6:45, allowing me to start my day off right.
No improvements needed, everything was perfect.

First stop in Morocco, I was attracted by the low price and figured I could find something better, just incase I didn't like this hotel. Well I did down the street a better hotel in all areas.
First checked in, the shower curtain is 6 inches short of touching the shower full, thus when you shower it floods the bathroom and out into hallway. Contacted front desk the they moved us to room with bathtub. Hotel is in heart of taxi area with 50 or more taxi's zooming around. Across from Medina, but other places in area are nicer and cheaper. Backpacker may like this hotel.

Clean. Close to the medina. Efficient air con
Totally lacking in character. Disinterested staff. Poor breakfast. This hotel is a clean last resort when everywhere else is booked or too expensive.

I loved the location of the hotel. It was very convenient for exploring the city and getting around. The hotel was located right next to a tram stop which made it easy to travel to different parts of the city. Also, the hotel was very close to all the major sights of the city, making it the perfect base to explore from.
Couldn't fault anything about this hotel.

The location is alright, close to the central market.
The hot water is not hot, and the breadfast is a set which some I don't want, sp I think it's quite wasted.

Its location, very close to the medina and the new medina. You could walk everywhere in the city without taking any mean of transport.

The location of the hotel is great, it was close to all of the main attractions and the shopping district. the view from my room was also very beautiful. Another positive aspect was the availability of free Wi-Fi Internet.
My experience staying at this hotel was not good. the staff were not very friendly or helpful.

Only the central location of the hotel.
I did not like almost everything. They offered poor breakfast with flies all over the breakfast items. While they had 4 emplyees who were supposed to serve breakfast, none of them helped guests and they seemed to be oblivious to the fact there were flies over breakfast. Bathroom is rusty and not clean. My advise: do not stay at this hotel.

Location, private parking.
Attitude of hotel staff. People expect some language knowledge at the capital and it seemed like all customers were having language difficulties. Service is really slow and they of course expect tips. We have been in far better hotels for a lot better deal. Breakfast was a joke.
